Erin, regrettfully - now you and he are both on Navy Time. ANd that means - sit and wait . I have learned that Navy Time = Maybe Time. Just be patient - hang in there. And do have a good weekend.

HI Erin, If your boyfreind has signed up as a Mineman - there is a scholl he has to attend and it will be at GL. Then moves on to another school. Right now - being at BC - he and you will just have to follow whatever he is being told Wish him luck.

Sorry - forgot where he is going?
My son purchases his phone cards on the base - cheaper.
But if he has not reached that base yet - a phone card would be good to have on him as he travels.
Any other thoughts out there ladies?
Oh - forgot my manners - Hi :)

Hi All :)
A fellow Navy Mom ( Karen C. ) sent this to me and it's a hoot. Try it!

Quote:
How Smart is your Right Foot?

Just try this. It is from an orthopedic surgeon. This will boggle your mind and you will keep trying over and over again to see if you can outsmart your foot, but, you can't. It's preprogrammed in your brian!

1. While sitting where you are at your desk in front of your computer, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.
2. Now, while doing this, draw the number 6 in the air with your tight hand. Your foot will change direction.
I told you so! And there's nothing you can do about it! Before the day is done you are going to try it again, if you've not already done so. Send it to your buddies to frustrate them too !
End of Quote

And yes, I 've been trying over and over. Good luck TLynn
