hello all!!
pasubber--you have us! it is hard not having our kids home for the holidays. it is almost like a holiday when they do visit!
jana--I too wish I was able to go to san diego to watch my son come in from deployment. he is out now. I told his wife to video it. im afraid she will be too excited!! cant blame her though!! maybe I can find some other person to do it.
Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July! Fourth of July last year was the last holiday I spent with my subber. Kind of melancholy, our other son (stepson) is in Afghanistan now and I missed him too. I am guessing my bubblehead is underway now, last I heard from him was July 2, when he said soon, when I asked when he was going out.
Kathy-3/325 you mentioned your son was on deployment. was he ona ship? If so wre you disappointed not being there wehn he returned. im thinkng ahead my son is in San Diego so it may be quite hared to get there when that happens. If anyone has any thoughts it would be much aprreciated

hello all!!
Happy 4th of July to all!! Hope you all have a firecracker kind of day!!
Hi Jeano, I haven't seen my son for about 7 months. He was on deployment and when he got back I was in Florida and has been busy since he got back. Like you, my son is visiting this weekend (he is 5 hours away). I hope you have a great visit.
