Snick, This is taken from RTC Guidelines: "Four seats are guaranteed per recruit; however, children 12 years old and younger do not count against the four-guest maximum. The graduating recruit is responsible for identifying those individuals to be placed on the access list. Please coordinate with your recruit via letters regarding who will be on the access list. No additions, deletions or changes will be made to the access list the week of graduation. The four guests on the access list will be admitted into the ceremonial drill hall first. Additional guests not on the access list will have to wait inside the Visitor Center until after the start of the ceremony at which time they will be allowed into the ceremonial hall if additional seating is available as space permits. No additional seating can be guaranteed. PLEASE DO NOT CALL FOR ADDITIONAL SEATS. All visitors must have valid photo identification. This requirement includes children (school ID, Social Security card or copy of birth certificate). Please be aware that security may deny base admission to guests NOT on the access list if they are not accompanied by a guest who is on the access list."
Copied from the RTC site...
Access list: Recruits are permitted to place up to four names on the access list for graduation (children under 12 do not need to be on the access list).
It is my understanding that little brothers name is not required to be on the list. but make sure you bring some sort of ID for him, school ID should suffice.
Should he add his Brother since he is only 12 years old. Graduation is Jan. 13th and his brothers B'day is Jan. 31 (he will then be 13)
Snick
Snick, you just need to keep that letter in a safe place. You don't have to send anything back. You will need the password on it to get your gate pass later on.
About time!
Yeah....I received my form letter. QUESTION: Am I suppose to do something with the part of the letter that has the names of the intended guests? Do I send it back or anything? He left the 4th line blank...I am thinking I will add his brother who will still be 12 years old...technically he doesn't need to be on there cause he won't quit be 13.
Snick
