Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.
~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.
~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.
~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:
• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:
• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.
Some Suggestions:
~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.
~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option
~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends"

Merry Christmas to all the PIR 01/24/14 SR families! Praying that all of us get phone calls from our sons/daughters/spouses for Christmas!
Merry Christmas everyone. As my recruit is in my thoughts and prayers, so are each of you and your recruits on this Christmas Eve.
A Blessed Christmas Eve~~
"Then the angel said to them,
'Do not be afraid, for behold,
I bring you good tidings of great joy,
which will be to all people.
For there is born to you this day
in the city of David a Savior,
who is Christ the Lord.' "
Luke 2:10-11
The divisions for this TG have been confirmed by the RTC. This TG will be allowed four guests at PIR.
Wishing each of you a very Merry Christmas!
Lloyd: There are a few others in your discussion group above from 069/070. Here is the link to it:
http://navyformoms.com/group/pir01242014/forum/topics/ship-13-uss-m...
Since 069/070 are brother divisions, they all know each other and train together, so it is good to get to know all of them!
ship 11 div 068 !
Other than myself and Dexter93. DIV 069. PIR 24Jan14, are there any others here with family in Division 069?
Lloyd: I bet he is helping his shipmates with their folding, and other Navy things! :-) Sounds like you taught him well!
