Is the meet and greet at a bar or is it a restaurant?
Don't believe that Sarge has posted the MeetandGreet for this group yet under EVENTS, to the left/bottom of this page, but keep checking!
On his way to becoming a sailor: If your SR's PIR date changes, you will be notified by your SR. Hopefully his sprain is not too bad and he will continue training with this group!
Has anyone got a phone call or letter (other than the form letter and "I made it" call) from Ship #3 Div. 094?
Sarge will post the M & G event on this website as well for folks to RSVP.
He has only gotten as far as the 01/30 Group. There is still time.
I will post the link to the 01/30 Event on here so you can read the details. The times and details are the same except of course yours will be on Thursday 02/05/2015.
Just don't RSVP to that one :-)
Here is the link:
SARGES MEET AND GREET **THURSDAY 01-29-15** for P.I.R. 01-30-15
Thank you for reporting about the Navy Lodge. Then so far it looks like it is just a rumor about only those on the Access list may stay there :-)
Hello I just booked my room at the Navy Lodge for PIR ! Yay I spoke with a lady Named Silvana. I asked her if my other family members who are not attending graduation are able to stay at the lodge. I was told that was not a problem at all there are individuals bringing entire families so they can see the Graduate before he leaves to his A school. There will be a a watch party for those that cannot attend the ceremony They will hold that in their lobby with a live feed of the Graduation. I'm sooo excited. I just sent my son 2 more letters I really hope he is getting them.
It depends on how bad the sprain is. If the SR needs just light duty for a few days, there may not be a delay in graduation. Just depends on the medical evaluation.
