NAVYWIFE,
Have you taken your daughter to the doctor yet? Especially if she is sleeping that long.

Okay im still feeling a litte sick from whatever I caught from my daughter i'm really hoping this passes but oddly enough shes been asleep since yesterday @ 4pm and its going on 12. She just woke up I changed her diaper and she fell back asleep on the couch.
How are ya'll today? Im hoping that I get some letter(s) today it would be great. Omg I miss my sailor today so much - we're leaving reallllllly soon and I couldnt be more excited to get on the road. Hopefully everyone that has this little bug passes it before we leave though.

Toni,
You know they should really post the BS schedule. I don't think that would hinder any training issues. It would give us moms a way to plan our schedule so we can be home for that call. UGH!!! MILITARY ATTITUDE.

Could someone who gets I'M A SAILOR CALL today ask when their sailor when DIV 87/88 go to BS. There is kinda conflicting info on here in some of the post. And I have so much to do to get ready to leave on Thursday. This way I know what day I need to stay home. Cause I have a feeling he will call the home phone and not my cell. And I don't trust his father to let me know anything. PLEASE and THANK YOU.

The Navy Lodge does have a breakfast in a bag at the front desk. It consist of yogurt, a danish, bottle of orange jucie and I think a apple.

Thanks Darla, The phone has been ringing off the hook here at home with everyone wanting the good news. I fear I am coming down with the creeping crud that is going around so I am going to shut off the phone and hope to get a good nights sleep. The relief of getting that call is amazing!!! God Speed to all that have B/S today and in the next few days.

I have a sailor.!!!! Same Div as Chris and SteveB357. He is exhausted, had duty yesterday am so has been up since 2:15 yesterday. His cough is back big time due to the BS but said "mom don't worry, I will be great when I see you on Friday" Still Grad and go but wants me to come to the Airport to see him off and bring some stuff. Hope it works out. He is early to bed and so is Mom tonight.
Good luck, love and prayers to the Divisions with BS tonight.

congrats on all the "sailor calls!!" won't get mine till next Weds...patiently waiting...lol yeah right!!! I can't stand the wait! Gotta survive the blizzard we've got coming tomorrow...seems the weather in Great Lakes will be a welcome relief to the crazy weather here in Md!!!

Congrats CHRIS and to your Sailor.

I think my son's BS is tomorrow night. One show we watch is EXTREME MAKEOVER HOME Edition. He can not make it through one show without crying like a baby. Especially if they are doing a house for a wounded soldier.
