I have an old Roots hat from the 2000 Winter Olympics (sort of like a snow beret) that I thought would be OK to wear even inside. I think it depends on the hat.

Amen Toni.
As a California native, I'm putting out the word to friends and family about borrowing things like good boots for cold weather and a warm lined coat. I've got my son's service jacket from when he was a police cadet and that's warm, but I think I might need something longer.

I am a ARMY brat, Navy wife and Navy mom. On here you will respect peoples feelings and you to me are being offensive.

April714,
It is call RESPECT and you obviously need to grow up. So don't tell me to GET OVER IT. And if you can't show respect on her then you won't make it as a Navy wife or girlfriend.

April714,
Take your freedom of speech some place else. And use respect on here.

And words cut deeper than you know.

April714,
Your darn right I do. And maybe you need to learn to respect people on here and there feelings.

April714,
Again I will ask you to QUIT using that word on here. And there are times that it isn't the parents fault. Teens and young adults have minds of their own. So don't go blaming parents either.

April714,
I must tell you being the parent of a disabled child I really take offense to the word RETARDED being used. Unless you have a child or you know someone who does and you see what the childs parents go thru day in and day out you will never ever understand how hurtful and offense that word is to people.
