Briana31609m,
It might be his way of coping with the situation. Trust me I have 4 boys and they all pull that crap on me all the time. There is a discussion on one of the groups not sure where called LETTERS FROM BOOT CAMP but one of the moms has put letters from her son on there. And your not alone. You should go and read them. You will have a good laugh.

To any female that has not booked a room yet. I have reservations at the Navy Lodge from 2/11-2/14. If you have not made hotel res anywhere, If you are willing to split the cost I am willing to share. With the economy the way it is I know how tight money is for everyone. Also I will be flying into Milwaukee arriving around 8:30 in the morning and I am going to rent a vehicle. Anybody need a ride?

I love this site, I do, but it's so hard to hear that everyone gets so many letters and calls. I've received a total of 2 calls (Well 2 days when he called) and 2 letters. I'm not sure if it is because I am in Florida and so far away, or if it is because he is taking up extra watch duty.

I actually bought a necklace in the shape of an anchor today because truthfully it's the only thing that really matters to me anymore. I continue to do everything I do only because there is no reason to stop doing so. Quite a sad life, but I guess I will learn to adapt to it.
