KellyB,
I don't know but I am so frustrated right now with him. He is just way toooo much like his father. I really hope and prayer the Navy can do something about that. Like I said on here before there are reasons they are EX's.
When did you get your kids box?

KellyB,
He better not have had it donated. He had my NAVY sweatshirt jacket that my son that is in Japan bought me. That would really irritate me more than what I am already. Don't get me wrong I don't mind donating stuff and have done so myself. But the jacket means alot to me. I never should have let him wear it. The mailman has already come today. He is usually here by 11am.

My son is in Ship 12 DIV 88 and I still have not gotten any letters or phone call. Not even the box of dirty clothes.

In regards to airline tickets. I do waych expedia and priceline but then I also check the airlines website directly and usually get it cheaper dealing directing on the airlines site. For instance my youngest is flying to Seattle for the summer to visit his father. His dad was getting ticket prices for 750.00 and up for a round trip ticket from Dallas to Seattle. I went to Alaska Airlines and found it for 350.00. It is hit and miss at times.

My son loves Japan. He is to report to the ship on 1/04. He left for Japan the day before my other son left for BC.
The one in BC sent the form letter to his father. I had his dad fax it to me and the only thing he wrote was telling his dad to give me his address. He did live on his own for a couple years. And I know that he will be able to handle BC. But he also knows how I am. I will worry till I hear from him myself. And he also knows how stress affects my health.

Hubby has not asked for a stamp or son's address yet. I told hubby he needed to reword his letter and clean it up. My son did say to me in front of his recruiter and stepdad that he was not going to write or call me. They both informed him that he would be calling and writing his mom or there would be consequences. My hubby is retired Navy.

Well Sunday 12/27 and still no call and no letter. I just might go see the recruiter tomorrow. Whether or if he can do something or not. It will feel good to just VENT. Hubby wrote a letter to my son (his stepson) and he didn't mix words nor did he leave out the 4 letter words. Basically asking why he has not called his mom or wrote.

I am wondering if my sons phone card that he took with him is working. My hubby(stepdad) told my son he better call his mom. My hubby said if he doesn't call or write soon he is going to put me in a straight jacket and write him a letter and instead of putting SR he will put Admiral. LOL maybe that will get his attention, especially if the RDC's see it first. My hubby is retired Navy.
I did have my ex fax me the form letter he received and he finally did that today. And he wrote on the last page telling his dad to give me his address. So I am thinking he didn't send me the form letter.
