I bumped that discusion up to the top of the page for you. If you can't find it later the click on 'view all" at the bottom of the discussions and you may have to go through the pages to find the one you are looking for. I asked yesterday what color scarf that group is going with because I have had 3 people wanting to order them but didn't know what color that division is. I haven't gotten a response yet. Maybe they haven't picked a color, I'm not sure. If you find out please let me know so I can pass it on to others.

Where is that discussion I do not see it!

Comment by diannep on February 4, 2012 at 4:20pm

Texasproud.  I think the ladies are talking about the scarves the ladies are wearing to identify their division at PIR.  If you are interested in that, check out your division discussion above.

Does anyone know how to find the color of my sons scarf?

Comment by Lala Ribbon Queen PIR Ribbons on February 4, 2012 at 1:15pm

If anyone still wants to order ribbons or scarves and thinks it is too late just let me know. I have a friend in this group who lives near me and she is willing to bring orders to Sarge's meet and greet. :-)

Thanks so much MomaBear, you are an inspiration :-)

Stella1214, I checked out your division page (listed here above the comment wall) and I saw no discussion of scarves, so I took it upon myself to make a post there!  May I encourage you to initiate a color or 2 and see if you get any reaction?  There are probably a lot of people reading but not posting?  Good luck!  And message lala's ribbons, she is thee BEST help!  I even had a personal phone call from here this week!  (Thanks again L!)

COUNTDOWN: 12 days PIR family!   Can't stop crying this morning!  This has been a very hard journey, worse than babies learning to walk, teenagers getting their drivers license, or even big kids moving away from home...  Good thing my faith is in someone much bigger than me... He knows whats up.  <3

I just posted a questionnaire in the discussions above. This is one I made to send to my Sailor when she was there. It is funny and has a very good paragraph of encouragement for battlestations. You can copy and paste it to word and print it off. You may have to tweak it a little bit because my Sailor is a girl :-) Send a few extra copies and ask your recruit to share it with his/her friends. they can all use a little encouragement and then they can send it to their own families and maybe let them know about N4M's I hope you all like it :-D

It is so good to see some action in this group :-)

A heads up on ribbon orders for you guys, several of the orders were shipped today. I will be shopping tomorrow for supplies and I expect to have the remaining order that I have received payment for in the mail by Monday. If you ordered and haven't sent your payment don't forget to do that. There is still time to order the ribbons and/or scarves, decals, etc just let me know by sending a friend request or message on here or you can also email me at: uniquememorymakers@yahoo.com    Thanks so much for all the orders I really appreciate it and spread the word to your friends on facebook too :-)
