for
~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.
~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.
~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.
~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:
• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:
• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.
Some Suggestions:
~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.
~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option
~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends"

Hi Friends!
"Faith is the assurance of things hoped for,
the conviction of things not seen."
Hebrews 11:1
Navy GF... my husband and I are flying into ohare on thursday around 2 pm. we will be glad to give you a ride to your hotel and will also give you a ride to the meet and greet. If you are still needing transportation, let me know.
OOOPS! Sorry, NavyGF. I see you are staying at Days Inn.
Sarge's number (text or call) is 847 212 -0246
or....you can email him at johnspadaro@att.net
NavyGF: You can also contact Sarge about transportation to his MeetandGreet. He has a large team of drivers and hopefully can help !
What hotel are you in, NavyGF?
Good Morning All ! Welcome to the group! Be sure to read the PAGES info to the right of this page!
My son is Ship 03 Div 175 too!
Anybody staying at a hotel close to base that I could go to the meet and greet with and would drop me back off at my hotel? I'm the only one going for my bf's graduation. ): I'm staying at days inn and it's about 2 miles from sundance saloon
Denise,
Best to get a flight early on May 7th arriving that afternoon in Chicago. Sarge's Meet & Greet is from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm. There is lots of info, free food, and fun! Family and kid friendly as the Sundance Saloon is closed to the public for this Navy family only event. Please RSVP Sarge on the Events section on the lower left. Click that you Will Attend, then you can go to the Comment Wall to put in how many are in your party.
Do you know where your SR's A school will be? Only sailors attending Great Lakes A school get Friday afternoon to evening, all day Saturday & Sunday liberty. The ones who fly out to their A schools get liberty time with you right after PIR at 10:30 am, then have to report back to RTC sometime that evening. Then you can meet them at the airport at about 3:00 am to pass on their cell phones, cell phone charger, laptop, own comfy underwear, and maybe some favorite snacks from your area. You will be able to get a gate pass with your valid photo id to go with them past the security checkpoint and eat, shop, and see them off at the departing gate~~
Anyone thats leaving 5-7-15 to the O'Hare airport, please let me know!!!
