I see that flgirltwo...and you should be proud! This site can be a lot at first but once you get the hang of it it can be "too much fun!" LOL
Woo-Hoo! Love the pic!
Chrisians's Mom - Just stay here...what will happen is more will join this group. It just will take time.
You can start a Discussion for your Division up above in the Discussion Forum for your Division. Then you can connect with those memebrs that have loved ones in your SR's Division. I have contacted a "veteran" mom who had a Sailor who went through in the SPECOPS Division so she can answer any questions for you about thet.
BUT check in on the Main wall of the group here for any regular BC info and PIR info ...and also to ask any questions you might have for us "veteran" (moms who have been through the BC experiance) moms.
@FTLW - Thanks for all your help! As you see I figured out how to add the photo! I'm proud of myself! lol!
Hi Chrisiana's Mom. This is the group for the SR graduating (PIR) on 05/18/2012. It's full of information you'll need about your SR's time at BC. Feel free to add a discussion for Ship 04 Div 813 and others with that same address will join you. (See above comment wall - where it says "Add a discussion".
Hello!
FireTeamLeaderWife here!
My Sailor PIR’d on 05/26/2011. He is a Seabee Reservist. I have been an AF Reservist wife for 27 + years…I know …not Navy…but I am familiar with military life! We have been through two Deployments…one right after 9/11 and most recently a year ago…our son enlisted while Hubby was in Iraq. This site was a Godsend and helped me get through not only our sons BC experience but my husbands and my separation for 6 months.
I am a “veteran” mom on the PIR groups mostly. I have been on them now for the last 10 months and we have 5-7 PIR groups running at the same time.
I will check in here to see if I can answer any questions and lend support. There will be a few other veteran moms along to lend a hand and support you all through your PIR experience. Others drop in occasionally too…plus we are always looking for more to “join the ranks”. Things change in the military and we like to give out the most current info that we can so moms that have just gone through this help a lot.
I have a lot of Discussions with information to provide you along the way. Please ask any and all questions…there are NO dumb ones Folks!
Welcome! Hang on for the ride!
Jessica/FTLW: If the 5/11 group is up to 149, they must have 150 too since that would be the brother division of 149?
Hi!---another N4Moms veteran here, joining to help out! Hi, Jessica and FTLW! I know Betsy and Lala will be along soon, along with some other N4Moms veterans to help!
If they have a 149 they should have a 150...it would be their brother division. But then anything is possible...we've learned that!
Please Jessica! Thanks! That would help...still doing the techy thing LOL!
The PIR behind is up to 149 at last count and I have a confirmation with a Form Letter of 152 for this PIR date. Still waiting on RTC to update their site!
