Lisa:  It takes a while to get used to this site, but it is full of info.  Be sure to go through the PAGES section, to the right/above on this page, for lots of info.  Ask any questions that you may have here.  We will get an answer for you!

Comment by diannep on July 13, 2015 at 12:41pm

monicaanne:  No, you would have to scroll through the posts.  Just post your questions...we have no problem answering them as many times as needed!

It is best that your son NOT take an extra bag on the plane.  He has been issued a Navy backpack and can put things in there....he has a seabag too (will be full) and a garment bag (uniforms)....both of these are checked luggage.  But he has to keep up with all of his luggage himself so it is best to try and incorporate his personal items in the existing luggage.  You can mail/FedEx him the rest once at A School.

1. Is there a search button to somehow search this group for information for already stated?  I hate to ask a question that has already been answered.

2. I am putting together a bag for my son to take on the airplane to his A school.  I read somewhere at some point (or I dreamed it) that the carry on bag they take on the airplane has to be black? Is this accurate?

3. See y'all later this week!!!!

Hello Friends!

     "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything

      by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving,

      let your requests be made known to God;

      and the peace of God, which surpasses all

      understanding, will guard your hearts and

      minds through Christ Jesus."

diannep is the one in the groups that keeps BS info, send her a message if you want a date. She has been doing this for a long time and has pretty good insight as to what the dates are.
