My son won an award! I won't post his name but for those coming to Graduation he won the Academic Excellence Award!!!!! So Proud..be watching for him!!!!!
Good Morning! Safe travel today....don't forget Sarge's MeetandGreet tonight. Also, for those driving to PIR tomorrow:
Hint: Stay to the left on Buckley, car line to RTC on the right. Bypass RTC and turn around at the train station. Head back towards RTC from the opposite direction. Easy left turn onto RTC. Enjoy!
Yes, you may, MidwestMomNancy! I would suggest you plan to be at the gates between 6:30 and 6:40 (gates open at 6:30) for best choice in seating....
Greetings!
"You have made known to me the path of life;
You will fill me with joy in Your presence,
with eternal pleasures at Your right hand."
Psalm 16:11
Colorado sunshine,
Just go ahead and click on the Sarge's Meet & Greet for Thursday 7-16-15 on the Events section on the lower left of this page. I'm sure he just needs a running count to be sure to order enough food. Click on "Will Attend", then put in the number of people attending on the Comment Wall.
You can still attend if you can't manage to respond. Thinking Sarge may order a little more to cover for extras~~
CONGRATULATIONS to all the new Sailors and their families!! Safe travels to all to an awesome PIR!!
Remember, PIR is just the beginning of the Navy journey. Keep plugged into Navy for Moms where there are groups for A school, C school, ratings (jobs), bases, ships, states, regional, twins and multiples, and the "Christian Navy Moms" that I am a part of!
Also, the U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command page on Facebook puts up photos from each PIR. If you see your Sailor in a pic or more, you can download it to your own computer by either clicking on the picture, going down to Options and downloading it OR right click, "Save Picture As" to a file on your computer~~
