With Cory being so homesick, having been on LLD for his feet and how down he was when I talked to him, I just keep waiting for the ball to drop. I'm happy when each day goes by and I don't get phone calls with bad news. Phone calls I want. The ones where they call just to tell you something bad...NO WAY! So I am WAY thankful when I can count down another day...then another day! He's made it half way! I KNOW he can do this! He's a great kid. And very strong willed and independent! Hoping for a letter and a phone call today to hear that he's doing and feeling better. Please God let those two things be true!

sistersue:  So great that he is a "stick."  They are up front in the division so easy to see when they march!

I say...better late than never on the making of the bed...when he is home on leave, maybe he can make up all of the beds in the house to sorta make up for some of the years he didn't make his!  :-)

Sistersue - since my son is in the same division - he is obviously one of the "great guys" so I'll take that as a complement! I'm sure your son is a great guy too!  Well, at least I know how to describe him to my son!!! Good info! :)
