I got my first letter from my son yesterday and noticed that the address has changed yet again! I sure hope all of his mail that I have sent already finds him! According to his letter he is Ship 03/DIV 249.

I will be bringing those things with me to Graduation because I'm confused on that. I read on the Navy website not to bring them to graduation. Then I read they can have them at A school. So if that's the case how would they take them if they don't have them with them. I'm confused. I'm thinking shipping a laptop to FL wouldn't fair well for the laptop.

yeah i deff will need those extra hours. Now my boyfriend said in his letter he get to have a phone and a laptop in A-school. When do they get those? Do we get them for them or will we be spending the time we have getting them or do they get them once they are in A-school

I think they all leave very early saturday morning. We can get clearance to go to the gait and wait with them. I know I'll be doing this with my son! It gives you a coupke extra hours with them!

diannep: thats funny you said that because everytime i leave to go to the mailbox i always rush back inside to get my phone before i go to the mailbox cuz something like that would happen to me lol.

Also i saw on here that a mom's SR only gets 8 hours with her son and is leaving for Pensacola, My bf is leaving for pensacola too will all SR's that are going to be going to Pensacola be leaving the same time or day?

Comment by diannep on June 30, 2011 at 11:03pm
Don't forget to take the cell to the mailbox with you also.  Believe it or not, some ladies have missed the call when checking the mailbox for a letter from their SR!
