Angie, I am so sorry! I just left a message for you on facebook. Adam will be fine and he will have a chance to take it over, right?

Congratulations to all. My SR won't be graduating because he failed his run. This has been a very long and hard journey and I was so looking forward to PIR. This site has been wonderfull, I wish everyone a sfae trip and all your sailors the best of luck as they continue on. Thanks again ladies for just being there.  Have fun at your meet and greet and enjoy PIR. I'll be looking at the pics like I have every week.

Rover, I am soil sorry. I thought about all those those who didn't make it all night. Reading your post brought tears to my eyes. Please know we all are saying extra prayers for your son as he recovers.

Rover:  I know this is terribly disappointing news for you all and him too.  Think about ordering the PIR DVD because I think you would enjoy seeing the ceremony and I know he will.  Here is the number to call to order it:

I know you so miss him...hopefully you can see him in A School in GL once he gets there.  Hang in there...he'll get there.  Those ladies on FIT will help you through it.  They are wonderful.  They have been there, done that, and some are still getting support for their SRs there.

Please keep in touch and let all know how he does!

Safe travel, ladies!

Congratulation's to all of you!!! My son made a very short call saying he didn't make it due to pneumonia and bronchitis and that he's taking antibiotics and inhalers. He's now in ship 4 waiting for his BS schedule, i just hope they would give him enough time to rest. So sad, we were ready to leave vegas this morning but had to cancel our flight. I really miss my son, just can't stop crying:(.... Have a safe trip everyone!!!

Well, I was supposed to make it to Chicago tonight, and because of weather related issues that didn't happen... praying that our new flight leaves on time and with no problems!!!! :o/
