@brejones I believe they are here. It gave me some good ideas. I modified them to match my personality and questions I need answered. Love the silly ones.

Can someone please tell me where is the link to the cute little "survey" letters that you can print out and mail to your recruit with questions for them to answer????

Thank you , veryproud, for doing this.  Good luck to your son in his future!  Sounds like there are some options open to him, which is great!

Ok, DIVERMOM, the board here is now yours to control.  Please go into the section right by the "flag" up top and put a few words about you being administrator of the group now.  You should now have the "Options" prompt that allows you to go into the settings of this page and change things.  Thanks for doing this!

I booked at the Navy Lodge under my husband who is AF.
BUT like mapes said you may do it under your SR. Did they ask you to bring her by verify at some point mapes?
Their Grab n Go breakfast when I went (this past May) was a Bagel(pre-packaged ...Lenders I think it was fresh!), generous portion of cream cheese, a chewy granola bar, and a large bottle of OJ. It came in a brown gift bag with "Navy Lodge" stamped on it. They have hot coffee all the time. It was perfect for PIR day! Both my boys loved it and the youngest doesn't normally eat that stuff!

To make my reservations at the Navy Lodge, I had to give my daughters PIr date and her name. I dont remember giving her ship/div.  It is 60$ and has two queen beds and a kitchenette. grab and go breakfast, im not sure what that is.  The only prob is that I was on the phone for 22 min to get those reservations.

The Navy Lodge isn't just for Navy dependents though, right?  I read somewhere else that as long as you have your SR's ship and division numbers that you can book rooms there.  Is this correct?

We are so excited for you sleepgirl and brejones!
Comment by diannep on July 18, 2011 at 8:59pm

Welcome brejones and sleepgirl!  There are no discussion groups started yet for Div 283 and 284 up above here, but please feel free to start one.  Stay on this main board too, for info and sharing!

SUGGESTION:  Since these are "brother" divisions, which means that they train together (but have separate barrack sections), you may want to start ONE group for 283 and 284 rather than two groups.
