That sounds like a good idea Sparkeys , I think we'll plan for that! I also found Priceline has good ticket prices as well, but I like the no charges for changing dates as well, just in case, do you think it's better to wait til last minute to book or asap????

JapanMom and veryproud- my brother was at Orlando in the summer of 1978, then went onto the USS Forrestal (sp?) and stationed at Oceana,VA. He has been a key leader in my son wanting to join.

I know I've probably asked this before, but when do we find out what kind of liberty they'll be getting being they're gradin' on a Thursday? I know my son will have to fly to FL for A-school but being it's a holiday weekend, didn't know if there was a certain way they handle holidays with those that fly out.

"for 285"....not "form 285"   I need to keep better tabs on what my fingers are typing!
Comment by diannep on July 16, 2011 at 4:44pm

Welcome, Heike;  You may want to start a discussion group above form 285...you know the ole saying, "If you build it, they will come!"  Just click, on "Add a Discussion" and get started!

Others on here may want to start discussion groups for your division above.  Please...only one per division number so you are all in the same place....and please don't leave the "main board" here where all of the info will be.  Staying on both is a better option!  :-)
