Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

BMANSMOM; We are old pros at hurricanes down here in Miami...went through the worst one ever...Hurricane Andrew....so know the ins and outs! Windows covered are important! Lots of water/food stored in case of loss of power (we had no power for 3 weeks after Andrew). Anything loose that can fly around (plants, patio furniture, etc) needs to be brought in or strapped down. Those are general things. Make sure you have flashlights, a portable radio or tv, batteries, candles. Hopefully you won't get hit but if you do, hoping it won't be too ad. This is a very WET storm. We have some areas down here that received 14 inches of rain. Today was crazy and the storm actually came through yesterday! But still lots of rain/wind bands left.
But it is doable! Not a terribly intense storm, thank goodness! Hang in there!

I got my gate pass printed off, what a great feeling knowing I will see him in a week. Getting ready to hunker down for the hurricane. First time not sure what to expect but I am ready for it.

I tried printing it out from my touchpad but then it required me to adjust security settings, so naturally I jumped to the desk top which allowed me access to enter the password. Have my passes, Now, I gotta work on those settings on the touchpad.

Well got my parking pass today, got my dress for graduation and flat shoes for comfort, got my new camera and have started packing, I am officially excited, next up "the call" then the plane flight, wow and am getting excited and cant wait to see my Sailor! I am so excited and proud! oh I think I said that excited part before sorry :) Its a good day and these 10 days are going to fly!

I couldn't print it on one of my computers so I used another one and it worked! One step closer to seeing my son. Only 10 more days....I hope the next 10 days go really fast!

It didn't work on my computer at work and then I used my bosses and it worked. Something with the settings. Good luck

You write in the info on the gate passes so print as many as you need for the cars in your group. If taking the shuttle to PIR, you do not need the gate pass (but I had one tucked in my purse anyway! :-) )
