Thanks Diannep, it has been very good so far. I'm still in NM, so I've had some more time to spend with my daughter and oldest son. My hubby has to come back here for work next week, so my awesome friends are letting me stay til then. My sailor is now back in Bremerton (until next week :( ) so I have some more time to get on here.
Welcome back, Betsy! How was your trip?
Hi ladies! I was missing on here for a bit, but I'm back now. I agree with Lala, FTLW and all the ladies on here. You are strong Navy moms and you can do it!
I remember having really bad days like that as well. My daughter left on May 25th, I was taking a water gym class twice a week and the week of Memorial Day and again on the 4th of July week the instructor played patriotic music during the class. I was basically balling my eyes out the whole time. Good thing was that we were in the pool with splashing water so no one really noticed lol. It was hard but if I can survive anyone can :-)
@ Tracyln, I'm in the same boat. Good days and bad. Stopped nightly workout classes and picked up drinking wine instead just waiting for a call !!!!! LOL
When I use this page on my ipad I am not able to see the countdown clock and have just not taken the time to think about how much long since it is just getting too difficult.. : ( I was very happy to see being on my computer right now that we have 16 days left!!!! I think I might be able to make it 16 more days... I was blindsided yesterday with missing him so much I was in tears most of the day. I had been doing so well and then bam out of the blue it just hit me... I am sure you all understand that feeling. I sure hope someone does because my family sure does not understand...
I need about 5 alarm clocks, haha! I work construction so with this extreme hot spell we"ve been having, I am blessed with graveyard!!! Thank God!!!
