Bella - I should try those, they don't sound half bad :)

LTLY - Thank you :) I've already looked through most of the discussions.. I'm kind of bummed that no one seems to be here from my man's division, or even brother division!

I bought a cute one tonight, a pug, that says I hope you feel better, I'll mail that one tomorrow, probably the last real thing she gets. I am going to the dollar store and buying a bunch of random ones, so just in case she does get them forwarded to her A school in GL, she will have something... I'll get them at the dollar store.... happy birthday ones, Your turning 2 today, happy St. Pats day, Happy Channukah, etc... maybe one will get lost and someone will find it and say.. WOW a Easter card in the middle of December!!!

Yeah the soups are in lil packets and you add them to hot water. Super fast and easy and really good. I am a huge fan of them now.

I am sending my last letter out tomorrow morning so he will hopefully get it in time. If not, there isn't much in there other than, the YOU GOT THIS mumbo jumbo. So if not, its ok cuz I tell him the same stuff in every letter just in case, lol.

Bella - It's a packet soup? I'm so confused.. Do you add it to water?

And I know I should have stopped mailing him letters.. But I can't stand the idea of him being without anything for more than a couple days! I sent my last letter that had anything remotely important in it today, and now I'll just send a couple more letters, mostly silly things, but things I know will keep his spirits up. :)

Thanks for the reminder JessicaB!

Yes, it is I, the hall monitor you love to hate! LOL

Welcome brandonsgirl!! Glad you found us, and yes, too bad it wasn't sooner!

This is completely random, but its normal for me...

So, I bought some Lipton cup o noodles (4 lil packets in a tiny box). They are the best soups ever!!!! 45 calories and they are yummo! My tubby butt is always looking for low cal/carb/fat stuffs to eat and these are great! Easy to travel with too, I have a pkt in my purse now. Just thought I would drop that in for those looking for low cal snacks/lunch options.

gcmb - That's hilarious! :) And Church clothes, I got it. Nice, but not too flashy. :)

Oh and dress for the weather there, they get what's called "Lake Effect" and weather can turn on a dime. I suggest wearing layers that you can remove and put back on. Biz casual to casual is what I see in most pics. It is a long wait and a long day for all so go comfy too. If I were going, slacks, a blouse, and a V neck sweater would be my choice with loafers.
