~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.
~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.
~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.
~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:
• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:
• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.
Some Suggestions:
~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.
~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option
~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends"

Good Morning...Again!
Blessed Sunday!
"The reward for trusting Him will be
the salvation of your souls."
I Peter 1:9
Good Morning!
Is there a Facebook group for this PIR that might want to participate in the Gift Baskets Project??
Everyone,
A Basket Project called Gift Baskets for Sarge's Meet and Greet has been started for your PIR group! Those who would like to put together a state themed or any other theme basket to be raffled off, please jump up there to chime in!! You could even just bring in some items and they could be combined to make up a basket or giftbag full of goodies. SuperWalmart is across the street in the next center from Sarge's Meet & Greet at the Sundance Saloon to find a container or more goodies to fill in~.
Don't forget to RSVP your attendance by clinking on the link in Events, then RSVP, then go to Comments to state how many in your party~~
CJsNvymom,
LOOK!! SurfcityNavymom started a "Gifts Baskets for Sarge's Meet and Greet" up in the Discussion Forum! Maybe the 2 of you can work together on it. Someone needs to contact Sarge to make sure he knows and will plan the time for the raffle~~ Thanks!!
Hello All!
"And do not be conformed to this world,
but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that you may prove what is that good and
acceptable and perfect will of God."
Romans12:2
CJsNvymom,
The Basket Project is a fun idea and its helps Sarge and his wife! You can put together baskets, bags, boxes that are state themed or coffee or whatever!! You can call Sarge at 847-212-0246 to let him know your PIR group would like to do this! Being almost Halloween, maybe candy can be brought in for the kids at the Meet & Greet too~~
Then like diannep suggests, start a BASKET PROJECT for SARGE'S MEET & GREET up in the Discussion Forum for those who want to put one together~~
CJsNvymom; That is up to all of you! If someone wants to, please create a discussion above so people have a place to talk about this. Sarge sure appreciates it when people do this....he/wife pay out of pocket for the meal they provide you at the MeetandGreet (he does this every week for the MeetandGreets).
So, maybe you can create the discussion above and the ladies can chat about it there with you? It is a great idea!~
