DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

N4M's Community Guidelines and OPSEC.

~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.

~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.

~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.

~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:

• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:

• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.

Some Suggestions:

~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.

~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option

~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

CP-KW-1986,  The divisions flags and t-shirts are not available for anyone but your SR until after PIR (I think it is the Monday after). That is the first time you will be able to see the design.

I have added the link for the t-shirt etc. in the "PAGES". The "PAGES" column is on the right side of this page under the member avatars. You may need to click the "view all" to see it.

Thanks - I wasn't sure if they put up the individual division flag design somewhere - I thought I read somewhere the design can be purchased on a shirt? and when that is available for purchase

Spirit.com is what we used. Round trip 204 from houston. Just keep in mind they have more little fees like carry on fees. Still even with that fee is was cheaper than anyone else. We even checked that we didn't care where we sat to get cheapest cost. Just read the fine print first. Also they did have a special for one way of $31 for OCT31 st for some cities.

Have they designed their Division flags, and will we have to wait til PIR to see them?
