HeatherT, you are in my thoughts and prayers, hopefully he will call again and it will be good news.
diannep - I have been keeping Brett in my prayers...have been reading on here, but unable to really be on the last few days. Just wanted you to know :-)
thanks mattmother.... I pray that it is good news and maybe a reward for something, and that he gets to call back.
HeatherT, I understand you completely :(
Let's hope he will be getting the opportunity to call you back later today or tomorrow. Maybe with good news?
Big hug for you!
oooohhhhh I am so heart broken right now!! JT tried to call!!! About 2:31pm.. I have had my phone on louad for 2 weeks and today it was really getting on my bosses nerves because it kept going off with text.... lol anyway i put it on vibrate for just a few minutes and walked away soon after and forgot to pick it up... Needless to say I missed a call from JT at the 847 area code and a call from a CA area code 3 mins later. :(
I started crying right there and then and have barely been able to stop since. I am sooo upset and worried, becuase I would think if it was a good call he would have called his GF or dad also.
He has been sick and hurting in his side and they can not find anything wrong and had told him if it didn't get better they might send him home!! they called it "Ghost pain"
I got a new number and that is the one he called he didn't even try the old one which I told him would still be on also... and my new one I just got set up yesterday and had not set the voicemail up. ooooooohhhhhh how my heart hurts!! That's all he talks about when he rights is how much he is looking forward to calling home and talking to us!!! :) for any reason.
ugh!!!!! I haven't been this upset in a really long while!!!!
Thanks!
Here is the caringbridge link set up today for any one who wants to keep up with Brett's progress. His sister-in-law is keeping it up to date.
The video is of Brett's mom, dad, brother and sister.
To the prayer warriors for Brett. Here is a "thank you" video that the family made this morning.
Then...go to: Thank You from The Parks
Scroll down to video.
Thanks so much, ladies!
By the way, the Navy showed up in force yesterday at the hospital...in uniform...to support their fallen "hero"...they made quite a remarkable presence there and the family was so grateful. Gotta love the Navy Family!
Glad you are feeling better thelostairman :-)
