Thanks FTLW....I had planned on only sending make up/concealer for PIR. I just emailed RTC from their official site just to be sure of what I can/can't mail her. Then, I'll prep the package and send it off Friday or Monday to make it in time for PIR.

Ladies - I know they can have light cosmetics for pictures and PIR. I have heaed conflicting stories about straighteners. I do not think you can send shampoo/ conditioner. Lotion either.
If you are on Facebook ask there, also ask your recruits to check with RDC(they are all different ...I know time is short...can you believe it! Time is short!) You can call PAO or email them. Go to RTC website and click "Contact us" tab. Link for RTC is up above.

Megan says they have very limited space but they can have make up for graduation! I am gonna get her a mini straightener... Also she has dermatitis on her feet and she says it's coming back again and wants me to send "lotion" in a small bottle! I'm on it in the morning!

Oh goodness.....THREE letters from my boo this week! Yes! 2 came in today. My heart is breaking for her, though. She has always struggled with really bad acne. Well, we got it ALL cleared up with beautiful skin just before she left and now, according to a letter she wrote 2 weeks ago (and forgot to mail, lol) she is "pizza face" again.  It so affects her self esteem. I really need to get her mineral make up and cover up to her for graduation. What do I do? Can I just send it?? She's also struggling with infected sinuses and staying well. It's now very COLD and windy there. Bundle up ladies!

And now for the good news....she is passing her physical tests very well and will graduate as a Seaman!! E-3 due to her college courses. She is jazzed about that and the Capt Cup coming up.  Nov 23 canNOT come soon enough.....

I got a letter today!!! So they Chicken N Dumplings at boot camp are TERRIBLE lol!! Also she wants me to send her a straightener and shampoo and conditioner and make up for graduation! Going shopping in the morning!

They are really cute in their Navy "digis", but just wait until you see them in those sharp looking Navy Dress Blues!
