Good morning sisters....winter has arrived in the high desert of So Cal as well...blustery winds and frosty breaths - nothing like Great Lakes though....brrrrr.

Ribbons ordered as well! Payment today, LaLa, when I get home from work.... :-)

Going to make some travel adjustments to come in/out of Milwaukee now and stay until Saturday if it works out. Looks like decent flights are still available and SW is having some sales this week........

 

Thanksgiving Dinner: I'd like to firm up within the next week how many participating families and exact numbers so we can tie up the loose ends of dinner planning well before we hit the tarmacs. 27 days 'til arriving @GLs which puts us oh so close to our Sailors!!!!!!!!! But who's counting - ha!

 

Happy phone call/letter day everyone. I'll bet our respective mail people never felt so popular.....

Good morning everyone, hoping everyone gets letters today and those that haven't gotten calls, hopefully you get those calls today.  Thinking winter has already hit Oregon, LOL.  31 degrees this morning.

I've been somewhat MIA lately...have some stuff to tend too "off site" LOL that is occupying brain space. An issue with another group and a new PIR group starting...so my apologies. My niche is kinda of "info lady"...but I love chatting with you all and responding with you...I miss it...you ladies support me just as much as I support you. Will try to be back in full swing soon...I do read...just can't post as much.

Ladies  -  I've read that some of the "A" School Sailors will be available for the Adopt-A-Sailor program.  We only have until Friday to fax our requests.
