I am not able to get on much, have not heard about basket.  I am also on FB and some how missed it there as well.

FYI- just for the computer illiterates, like me! :)  I have a harder time on here navigating because so many different areas people post to, and it is new to me. I am getting better the more I get on.  I try to check out and read but so much info. for different things/groups and places to post.

Yes, we missed you for a while on here, chowdercall!  That had our minds going that maybe your baby girl had arrived!

Good Morning!  Hope all have a wonderful Sunday!

chowdercall911,

I was wondering how you are?  Is the baby's due date almost here??

Nancystj:  They give them meds for pain as necessary so I'm sure he is fine!

Thanks chowdercall911 I also have had 4 of them actually but they each needed a crown and post and the recovery was a bit painful but I was able to take advil and such. Since he had no problems beforehand (still don't know why they did it) I am hoping the recovery is painless and he doesn't need a crown too. Did you get a crown? I wonder if they even let them have advil. I guess I just want to hear another SR had it done there and had no problems. It's hard not to know...your mind goes to the worst scenario Thanks again!!.

oops should read "wasn't thrilled"

Comment by Nancystj on November 8, 2014 at 10:30pm

Hi friends,

Has anyone heard back from their SR who had root canal? My son's last letter said he was scheduled for it on the 5th so he must have had it. I was thrilled since he never had pain or anything that would make this necessary to do now. But it's out of my hands. He has to go back for part 2 on the 17th right before Battlestations. I'm just eager to hear from anyone else who's kid had this. Just hoping it's not a big deal. Would hate to add extra pain during stressful times. I know many of you mentioned wisdom teeth. Any root canals out there? lol Thanks moms!!

FYI-I booked Frontier Airlines, the tickets are now $104 round tip, you do have to pay for bags ($20-35) and seats ($3) but still cheaper than SW, however that ticket price is non-refundable so everything HAS to go as planned! Just another option folks might want to look into. I'm flying into Milwaukee but I do believe they also fly into one or both Chicago airports.

A Basket Project on FB and on here would all go on the same table for everyone at the Meet & Greet to bid on, so really, the more the merrier!!  If anyone wants to head up a group here, then we would have many more baskets to benefit Sarge!  The ladies here would have a place up in yhr Discussion Forum to pop in and contribute~~
