WELCOME TO PIR 11/20/2012

OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

Got a call from my husband here too!!!! This one was a very emotional one for us, alot of laughs and tears but I'm just sooooo happy I got to hear his voice. He told me that he hasn't received any mail in TWO WEEKS but I write to him every night and mail them out every two days or so, anyone has any idea why he's not getting them??? I know the address on them are correct I check them countless times before I send them out. I feel so bad that he hasn't been getting anything, he was so sad :(

I have good news from Div 029.  Got a call from my SR he said they won an hour of phone time and voted to share it with their brother div 030.  He was happy and very excited.  Said he got his collar insigna and by tomorrow should have his orders for A school.

Hi everyone! I got a letter today. I only have a couple of minutes but I wanted share something my daughter wrote in her letter that applies to us. She closed out her letter saying, "so my RDC is on Navy for Moms reading everything and picking on us so be careful what you post." LOL!
