missin shawn. I rec'd my letter from my son today. He is in your fiance's division. I feel so much better knowing that he is doing good. I know he says the division is having issues. hopefully, they will pull together so we can get a phone call soon.

mmaya- I do make the ribbons and I do sell them. I only charge $5.00; enough to pay for supplies and expenses. They are about the size of your hand and look much better in person. It is impossible to get a good picture of them. They are a great way to show support for your sailor at PIR, they help you recognize other N4M members at PIR and/or Meet and Greet and they make a great keepsake for scrapbooks or shadow boxes. If you send me a friend request I will send you all the info for ordering them.

Haha - I love that,Lynne! Great story - made me laugh out loud! I have no doubt that you are right. What a different world they are living in right now!

Oh I am sure mine is not innocent! LOL!! He stated that every little thing has been wrong! I was just so happy to get a letter today, unfortuantely the letters were addressed to his girlfriend, to myself and to dad, nothing to his little sister so she has been beside herself, walking around reading and re-reading my letter. Amazing how much a piece of paper comes to mean when you haven't been able to talk to or see your child!
