I hope everyone had an amazing thanksgiving! and hope no one got hurt during black friday shopping!!! Although i didn't get to go =[ I did get amazing news!!! My parents have bought us tickets to come home for christmas!!!! I love my parents so much! They said how can we have christmas without our kids and our grand baby! So now i'm hoping and PRAYING that he will get out of his Watch because christmas weekend is his turn to be on watch=[ so lets hope since we already have our tickets and his itinerary we will be able to go home!! I;m just a little on edge about everyone else saying the boys are waiting for approval? my hubby said he wasn't even told about christmas leave and about being able to put in his chit... so thats kinda worrying me =[ Has anyone else;s son said the same thing? and ugh lay overs... yeah no matter what flight your going to have them... i know we do which i'm not looking forward to only bc we have an 11 month old... although i only think our longest layover is on our way back in Texas lol for an hour and half... why oh why will we be flying further away then where we need to go is beyond me haha! and to the mom about the layover (sorry i forgot your name =[)- the USO on base is like heaven! I didn't know what one was until i needed to print his itinerary off! It's guy heaven big screen tvs, food out the wazoo, foozball tables. you name it they have it! So possibly thats what the uso in the airport is like so heck yeah give me the layover lol sometimes they even have food prepared! Well I hope everyone gets their sailors home for christmas =]!!
