Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

What good people you are...as so many of your recruits are headed towards their final days that you take time to remember those who are struggling. It goes to show that not only have our recruits become a division orr a team that so have we. All for one and one for all! You al make me so proud to be part of your navy family!!

Linz..what division is your recruit in...if it is an 800 division...many of those moms have had limited contact as they have higher standards and have lost priveleges for what we would consider minor issues...wow a Seabee is a highly respected division of the Navy...you should be proud...not that everyone shouldnit be proud...go to the chat tab when you get time and in regular chat is a lady named Denise...tell her I sent you and that I said she would answer your questions...her son is a Seabee I think!! She is a great resource!! Hope that helps!!

Yes they can advance to E-2 by passing their fitness test, swim qual, and dep academic test. In addition a few go E-3 by bein named to positions of aurthority such as head of their division I think!!

Sorry LinzA have you tried the groups with seabee A school? might give you an idea as to what and where? Just hit groups and put seabee in search box good luck and hope your SR writes or phones soon.
