Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

My Husband goes through Battlestations tonight! Good Luck to Divisions 355, 356, 357, and 358 I will be praying for all the recruits.

we can all stay in touch this website has a chat tab up top and that is where the already sailor moms, gf, wives, husbands do their chatting, so after next week we will just have to hop on that part of the site. See you all in a week, doesn't that sound absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I hope we all get great phone calls when our recruits are done with battlestations

Gate pass: I was unable to do it on my computer because my browser was not as updated as they require so check on that. It tells you what browser you are supposed to have. I just had my husband do it. You may just try another computer....

Hello, WOW only 7 more days. For those of you asking about the weather for next week. We live in Indiana only about 4 1/2 hrs away. Regardless of what the forcast is saying today for next week it could change big time. And yes, it could snow.. lol... Earliest day for snow here was Oct 19, 1988. (remember because my best friend had her 1st baby that day).. Hoping it will not be to cold and pray no rain or snow. Looking forward to meeting all of you. Although I havent posted alot. I have read yours, and you all have helped me so much. Thank you....

Yes i must say i did learn a hole lot i was so worried when my girl left did not know how to handle it and i came up on this web site and i was great after that. I which i could of known of this web site before she left so we could of known what it was like. Put Lynne made it so much easier sent me a email and it was on thank You a hole lot Lynne !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone is so quiet today...I guess some are resting up for Battlestations whereas I am just hyper...I am so nervous...oofta....
