OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

His breathing probably decreased because it is colder up there and that tightens your airpassage ways. And a slight decrease should not effect him. Do you know if you are going to be talking him anytime soon? If so may sound weird but tell him to basically meditate and see his bronchial tube and be clear.

i got a call as well. they might be sending him home. he had a pulmonary test a few weeks ago and on the last test he had a slight decrease in his breathing. he doesn't know anything yet. he gets to stay with his div as of right now and continue. he has bs21 on monday. i'm so upset. he's worked too hard for this for it to be taken away. he was so upset. i really hope they don't send him home. they are saying he has slight asthma...but he's never had problems before. he's passed all of his tests with no problem. :( i sure hope this all works out and everything will be fine. :(

Just got a call from my son. Looks like I may not be making it. He is being put into the fit group because he can't make his run. I was worried this might happen.
