Tiffany, he didn't say about entire group. Initially they told him a month on hold, now they are telling him school start 11/13, he did mention his friends that are AECF haven't gotten orders yet. Hopefully your recruit will know something soon.
I absolutely love the picture he drew and he mentioned that was the most color he seen since he's been there.

Falling asleep during BStations is automatic OUT! But I don't hear of this happening...I think they are too full of adrenaline!

LogansMom: Ok, if he is moving Wed, he is not GradNGo. Is he staying in GL or leaving town? He will be under RTC rules until he leaves that base. That means, no overnights and he has to be back at 8 or 9 each night, and no cells or laptops(or anything else). And he also may not get liberty on Mon and Tues. That is what I have found out from past groups.

Dianne, My son said he wasn't a grad and he don't get to move till Wed. after PIR?.Not sure if this is right?....Also got letter #3 for the week...Division 363 is looking good (other than the sickness)..They have 3 flags now..yeah They get to march around on there own now...He is studying real hard for test # 2..Can't say much about battlestation other than they need to work as a team, Saftey is #1 and don't fall asleep and they should be fine...Can't wait to see him come on 11/5

MJS: If he is GradNGo to GL, usually that means that he will pack up and move over to the new base right after PIR. This takes from 3-5 hours. Then he will call you (with his phone card...no cell yet) and you pick him up at the new base. He will know if he has overnights then. Not all do, but some do. Now, one lady told me that her sailor said she doesn't move over to GL until Sat., but is GradNGo. I had never heard that before....but she is in a later PIR group so it hasn't happened yet. GradNGo just means that they get off of RTC quickly! The ones leaving town will be bussed out to the airport in the wee hours of Sat. morning to wait for their flights. Hope this helps!
