I have 2 people that need to be on a list. If anyone has extra space I would appreciate it. We have paytonshana and recruits little brother is actually going to miss his first day of school for this and he is a freshman. It would be great to get them a seat instead of standing room, but I know they will do standing room if that is all they have. I have put this info out awhile back, so any help would be great.

diannep: roger that! I'm sure you know what it's like to be addicted to your phone at all times lol. Brittany's mom, I know she's missing me. We both just hate the time apart, but we'll be together soon.

Ha, Jose! I wish I KNEW who would get phone calls. My sailor graduated in Feb...I jump on here just to help when I can, but I think Lynne has you guys covered pretty well! Even when you hear that a call is scheduled, it can be "lost" due to doing something wrong in the division. So...just be ready....at any time!

We got a letter from Brittany yesterday. She sounded excited and upbeat. 4 inspections last week and passed them all. Shooting went well too; thinks she might get a ribbon. (She really wants it 'cause it's shiny!) Fire Fighting this week and she thinks the gas chamber as well. Maybe today? RDCs won't let them have ice cream. She's having "mad withdrawals"!
Jose, hang in there, buddy. I'm sure your wife is missing you too.

ATTENTION FOLKS...IMPORTANT INFO: I know you are all proud of your soon to be sailors (ooooh that is fun to say) because I know I am but remember PIR itself is a formal ceremony not a pep rally!! The Meet and Greet is the pep rally for the big ceremony!! So, please no noise makers, banners, signs, etc. at PIR. Our, dare I say it, SAILORS, will be dressed to the nines, looking good, feeling fine, and ever so proud of their accomplishments, let's treat them with the respect and honor they deserve. We can hoot and holler, and carry-on when liberty is called...and let me warn you know....look out for speeding scooter...can and will travel 4 miles per hour toward sailor son....lol!!!
