It is so good to hear from so many of you...I miss you all like fire...and I love hearing about your sailors...mine loves Pensacola and has just been told that since Nashville is not Naval Air Station they will be flying him once a month to Jacksonville for his Reserve stuff...now you know that broke his heart...lol!! The young lady who was with me at the Meet and Greet has moved in with me for a few months and it is so nice to have a young person around...I am one lucky person. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. We have so much to be thankful for...

Hello:

My sailor signed up on Face Book and I really like the instant chatting. With cell reception almost non-existent in the nuke dorm rooms, the FB instant chatting is wonderful. All I have to do is see if he is on-line. I always have lots of question, and FB is good for this type of communication. If he is not on-line, I send him a message.

Everyone have a good week and enjoy the holiday~

Tammie.Andy just called. He's got duty stations for Thanksgiving so he won't be able to leave base at all. I'm bummed for him. He said he's got to take his phase II test and a couple more uniform inspections and he'll be moving to the next floor. He's not happy with the 2 guys he's staying with now. He kinda sounded bummed out today. UGH

Tammie...I think Andy will be in that same crowd....lol. Andy had to leave his beef jerky and laptop at Monica's for now. Did you say you booked flights already? Andy said they haven't given him word about what exact dates they can leave or when they have to be back for sure. It's pretty sad that they can't give them the dates because prices are going up and up. Even with 2-3 layovers.

Hey Lynne and fellow alums. Doing good hear. Talked to Brian yesterday, he starts class on Monday, said he was looking forward to it, been a little bored. He sounded really good, Said there has been a wind advisory seems like every other day, so makes it feel even colder than what actual temp is. Bowling alley on base, so he and some of his buddies have been hanging out there. Agree with mimi, talk to him more now than when he was at home. lol... Kind of cold here in Indy today, I will second what mimi said .. GO COLTS!!!.. hope everyone has a great day.
