got a call from my hubby...he was at the NEX getting his ribbon for making marksman and they let him have a quick 10 min call. He's sick but sounded good...so ready for graduation!! Only 2 and half more weeks!

Says he's lost 18lbs!! Can't wait to see my baby!

I heard ours was next friday the 29th, but that must be when they end. So, I believe 355 & 356 go the 28th.

Robin: Yes, sometimes they do have 2 divisions go a night, but with a larger PIR group like this one, they usually do more. 355 and 356 will most likely go on Thurs, Oct 28, but they may have others with them. There will be none on Fri or Sat nights due to Captains Cup. Then they probably will resume on Sunday night...and could go through Wed night. Since your PIR group has two 800 divisions, they MAY go together. It us usual to have two 800 divisions in a PIR group. The 900 division will probably go either Sunday or Monday night...so that they are done and can practice for PIR performance. The other divisions do go in numerical order....lowest number to highest. And they go with brother divisions. It is possible that 951 will go with 2 brother divisions.
BUT, your recruits are the only ones who truly know when their division goes, so you must ask them! Let's hope that Lynne will be able to start a schedule by next week from the info you get. Please post the info and also private message Lynne so that she can keep track of it.

Robin - my bf graduated 9.10.10 - i'll try to help out with your question,
uhm, BS21 is usually 2 divisions at a time, and they are usually brother divisions that go two at a time. sometimes the 800's/900's go first..but it usually goes in order after the preforming divisions go.
they do everything they learned during basic.
fire fighting, damage control etc.
:) Hope this helped!

Ok, you veterans. What nights do you think they will have BS21? and do they go 2 divisions at a time? That would be 6 nights with one div. left over. And if they don't do them on the 29th because of Captains Cup the next day, they would have to do them the 28th, 30, 31, 1,2, and 3rd to finish. Does anyone know if they start with 355 and 356 first, or do the 800 and 900 divisions go first? Just curious as to when my son could possibly be going through BS21.

TCarp. They don't have BStations on Friday nights because of Captains Cup on Saturday. Are you sure he didn't say that he becomes a sailor on Fri? I think he may have BStations on Thurs night/Fri morning. They have the capping ceremony on Fri morning then.

Hey ladies. Got a call from my husband in DIV 355. He sounded so happy. I cant wait to see him. Its getting so close but yet so far away. He said dont send letters after 10/26 and that battle stations is next Friday. He is so amazed at how much time has flown. I told him easy for him to say his days are planned. Unlike us who are sitting here and living are everyday lives with out our recruits. But it is all good. I was so happy to hear from. It was a shocker. But all of his calls have been. LOL.
