Good morning ladies, just got home from church having a cup of coffee. Got all my house work done, laundry done and thanksgiving shopping done!!! I am on vacation for the next week, taking my dtr to a dr. appt tomorrow and tuesday I am going to be a dj for our local radio station. Hope they let me say something to our sailors. Wouldn't that be cool???? Now that my work is done I have got a good book to cuddle up with, paint my nails and then off to our friends house for some football GO COLTS!!!! I am feeling happy today :) Talk to my son everyday he calls every night I talk to him more now than when he lived at home . Isn't that how it always goes?!?!? He said that he won't class up until after the first of the year, so now he has to work out 2 times per day. He is on duty this weekend and has watch both nights. He sounds good having a good time. Makes me even more happy. You know the old saying When everybodies happy then mom's happy!!!! lol

Ashley...I need a favor from you. Some of you may know, others not, that Jessica and Dianne asked me to help out with the PIR groups much like they did with ours. So, I have a young woman Megan(Navywife) who wants to move to Pensacola and live with her husband when he gets down there after boot camp. However she doesn't know what the rules are. I thought of you, figured you knew the ins and outs and perhaps could share your wisdom. Would you mind friending her and telling her a little bit about what she needs to do to make that happen? Let me know if you can...thanks!!

Good Morning!

Just wanted to check in with you all.

My sailor is settling in at Goose Creek. I think he starts A school on Monday? The Navy --- "Hurry up and wait". Actually, my sailor has had some time to rest up a bit!

Must pass on a funny story! One mother reports her son's room mate insists on complete silence very early in the evening to sleep. So the mom wonders what going to happen in the submarine when he is in the rack? --- Will the submarine have to shut down in the middle of the ocean? I also hear they have a red light on all the time? Well I thought this was funny! If anyone wants to have silence and alone time, I do not think the Navy is the place to be?

Have a good weekend!

~~~Josie
I don't know if you can still get them but it is Poseidon something...I 'll get is for you.
Ashley I never meant to infer YOU stressed out Monica just that with the wedding stuff approaching she has some stress and taking some time for herself might be nice...I am so glad the two of you met...sounds like you will be a great support for each other...maybe you can carpool your husbands to base so you only have to get up every other day....lol or every other week since you live so close to each other...lol
