Sandi: I'm assuming "reclassify" means that he can choose a different rate and go to school for that if there is space available. I have never heard about A school electronically though so I can't offer info on that.

G Man, to my knowledge, the Lodge doesn't have a shuttle. However, the hotel i'm staying at does. Let me know if you'd like info on that.

Good morning all I have a question: My recruit is ET and he says the classes are full and has a chance to reclassify or do school electronically. What does that mean exactly especially on the reclassify part? And he is not suppose to be a grad n go

Since so many of us are staying at the Navy Lodge, does anyone know if they have a shuttle to the PIR?
Had to fire up the wood stove to heat the house yesterday, winter is a coming.

Good morning all,
As Lynn said, it's a quiet day in the mail, but the end of all the madness in bootcamp is coming to end. I, myself, am counting the days to see my wife, just like you're all waiting to see your husband, son, nephew, daughter, wife. I'm keeping you all in my prayers and would hope that i'm in yours.
Much love, positive vibes and God Bless

Jose

And our group is still growing...good morning all and happy Monday....I hope things are well with each of you...Unfortunately today is a quiet day for mail...although I am sure Mitch is glad for a day off...lol....hope he doesn't spend it in the doghouse....muahhhhh.....poor Mitch he may never live that down...maybe our recruits are getting a little well deserved time off...then again maybe not...lol...but it is getting so close to the end perhaps they can taste it! Well, it is the beginning of another week...and we are counting down those days so march on Navy Moms march on...we have only 24 days to the goal!!

Hi Josie - my son is a Nuke too, and there are a few others I've seen on here with a PIR of 11/5 as well. Don't know when they'll be leaving for A school, but so far he's not a grad n go. Recruiter had told us it might take a few weeks for a class to fill up, not sure if he'll stay in GL to wait for that, or go on to Charleston to wait... I've heard both.

I would expect your letters from you SR to be a day late this week since today is Columbus Day and the post office is closed. The good news is if they are celebrating this holiday as well then that means they may get extra time to write so it could be a very good week for letters. :-)
