Jck....love that ad...she better get an 'A' Great news about the phone calls and letters....Iowa so glad to see you here hanging with us...we are here for you and will be for a long time regardless of the outcome...glad to hear some can get photos...see that's what I mean about the difference between RDCs.

I don't think the RDCs open mail b4 our recruits get it, but if it feels like there is more than a letter then I think that they are there to see what is inside. I can't remember who told me the story about how she had sent her recruit cookies for his birthday along with a musical card. The recruit wrote home and said thanks for the cookies mom, the RDCs said they tasted great. We enjoyed the pushups we did while they ate them and the battery ran down on the card.
Next time care a little less. So my thought is error on the side of safety.

We are only 37 days away. We can do this. We are on the downhill slide. Letters are starting to come in. Heaven knows I will be stalking my mail box tomorrow. Okay i admit it, I left a plate full of cookies in my mail box today with a nice note to my mailman explaining I can't get down there to my box and would he please bring me the mail tomorrow. I am not above bribery. I hope that my questionaires will be returned tomorrow. I have my fingers and toes crossed.

Hang in there everyone. I just want to say our group is growing by leaps and bounds and I am trying to keep everyone straight however some of you appear to have very similar names and I get things confused a little. Imagine that, I am not perfect...lol!!! So if I call your son a girl, your wife a husband, or think you did something one way or advise something else please bear with me. If I was wrong I will hop on the oops express and humbly eat my hat. Thanks for putting up with me everyday!!

Hannah also said she received our letters & loves the pictures. She didn't get any greif for them. I've sent her about a dozen photos so far. She said she looks at them daily and asked for more. So.... I guess photos are ok. At least in her division.

I received a letter today. Hannah is doing well. Quite well. I am so proud. She said PT is hard but she can do it! She said running in Freedom Hall sucks because there is no air in there. You get cotton mouth real quick. You need to breathe in through your nose & out your mouth. I asked about the food, desserts in particular. She actually said the desserts are awesome but she only gets it at lunch on Sunday because thats when they serve icecream and she likes the ice cream! She also said she would be able to call on Sunday between 5 & 6! YIPPEE!
