For PIR- There are no actual tickets. The SR puts 4 names on the list when he/she arrives at boot camp. The list can be changed and they will make changes about 2 weeks before PIR. If you have guests who are 12 years old or younger don't put them on the list. They can get in without being on the list and that saves space for teens and adults who are going. You can take more than 4 guests. We took 8 to PIR and had 13 divisions graduating. They all got in without any problem. There are recruits who have only 1 or 2 coming and some who have none. That leaves a lot of extra seats. We had one person who was on the list and couldn't come so we took someone else in his place. When we got there we told them that specific person was unable to come and they let the person who replaced him in without waiting for available seat.

All Hands :-) Sorry more Navy talk. Rem to go on YouTube and search for Navy boot camp, some great vids showing where our mutts are. Also they Do Not get hit or stuck EVER, its just a phrase to get extra P.T. and not to crazy just to get their attention. There are strict rules the RDCs train by.

Thank you so much Laura I appreciate that. I was trying to figure out how to make this work so that everyone gets to see him.

@Proud, from what I've heard there aren't actual tickets, your recruit has put four people on his special list. Other people that come are put into a waiting area and an hour before the graduation if there is room they are let in. They may not be able to sit with you, but they'll be there.

Not surprised with how bad the boys will smell. My son was a lifeguard before and most of the summer wore the same clothes. I'd steal them from time to time to wash, but surprisingly the girls there were the same way.
Bummer that our kids had to do extra PT, I hope my son wasn't the cause of that. No phone call from him last night.

Good morning all. I was wondering if anyone knew how firm the ticket number is. Is there any way to get more than 4 tickets?? ALso I stayed at the Navy lodge 7 years ago when my step son graduated and it was nice. I am looking to stay there this time for my son.
