FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Anyone else have a sailor that went to Pensacola for Avaiation Mechanics? My son was PIR last Friday and flew out the next morning at 6:30 for Pensacola. haven't gotten much info out of him lol!! I'm sure his girlfriend has though haha!!

Hello, my daughter will be at GL's till March 15th. She is going to A school to be come a Corpsman. Are there any other parents that their son or daughter are in A school to be come a Corpsman or is there another group that has been started?

They should be boarding the plane about now. Got a call from my son. He is so excited. Said its 78 degrees in Pensacola.

If you are thinking of getting married in the next few months...call Brides Across America in the next day or two...and you can get a FREE wedding dress for being engaged to a sailor or if your daughter is the sailor...but it is a veterans day special..so youhave to make the arrangement now...lol...I think they set you up with a local bridal store....come on girls I know there were some of you hoping to get married soon...btw...did we have any engagements....
