Hello Everyone, Just wanted to say Hello, and see how your sailors are doing?  Havent checked in here to often, but I think about you and pray for your sailors..

Mine is in the middle of his second blizzard in Groton.  He said they are expecting 18-24+ inches of snow today.  Being from Indiana he is somewhat use to the snow and cold. But he said he has had enough shoveling and is ready for spring.  lol..     Have a great day.....

Thanks for the info, preston8655...I was reading back a few pages, and Mimi said she received her's 12/27. I thought maybe since youguys are closer to GreatLakes than me, maybe that is why you have gotten yours and I haven't...but then MyHrt said she hadn't received her's either and she is in Mississippi. (I am in CA)

It seems like I remember them saying 8-12 weeks, but it has been about 10 weeks already.

MyHrt: I hope you get the DVD soon...I have already watched it several times...every time the extended family gets together! I think my favorite part of the whole DVD is when they call Liberty...gives me chills every time.

Hi, friends,

Have most of you received your keel/cruise books yet? We got the DVD about a month ago, but never received the book. Should I be contacting someone yet? Or be patient a few weeks longer...?

Thanks mimi - I am not sure if he is a grade and go.  I will try to find out.
Comment by mimi on January 7, 2011 at 6:31pm
IMD----is your recriut a grad and go? Usually won't find that out until the week of graduation. I think the the 2 main airpots in Chicago would be your best bet, which are O'Hare and Midway. I think there is a smaller airport but I can't remember the name, sorry......
Comment by lmd on January 7, 2011 at 3:48pm

Does anyone know which airport in Chicago nuclear grads will fly out of after bootcamp graduation?  Helping my daughter will travel arrangements for her boyfriends graduation on January 21.
