OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

You are absolutely right alice, I was named after my grandmother Ethel...however when I was a junior in high school Ray Stevens had a number one hit called "The Streak" and let me say I never walked into a high school function again without hearing "Ethel is that you....get your clothes on!!!" LOL

Jose - my thoughts and prayers are with your wife. Yes, she has come to far not to pass. She has a lot of people rooting for her.
Haven't heard from my son, so hopeful that means he passed the PFA on Friday and the shin splints held back just enough to get him through. Now we are waiting to hear, or not, about his MRI. Fingers crossed he isn't ill and all is o.k.
