OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I found a pic of my son on facebook from the 10/29 PIR!!! They all look so good! I actually found a second one too, but he is way in the back, and it's a kind of Where's Waldo thing trying to find him (:

I feel like I'm going to jump out of my skin! I can't concentrate on anything and I even forgot my homework last night! GRRR! That is so not like me. Having to be a "single" mom for the last 2 months has made me lose my mind! :)

Okay y'all I have a challenge for those of you coming to the Meet and Greet and it involves a PRIZE...lol Lynne is the name I go by and it is my middle name however my first name is a bit unusual. So the first person to guess my first name gets a prize at PIR ( we have to do something to keep us from going nuts right). Here is your first clue. A famous funny song featured my name in the 70's!!
