Lynne, I started to get my camera out, but being on a military base, I decided that would not be too cool! I did take some pictures of the graduation in hopes that some of the performing recruits were yours. I will post them.

jb navymom....I think you really meant that for Stephani. I don't have a daughter in the Navy. She's only 12. Steph's daughter is the one in the hospital.

good evening everyone. Praying for all our recruits who are sick, and just plain tired. About coming home for holidays. My son told me that he won't be allowed to fly home for Thanksgiving, but he will at Christmas. not sure who told him this info. I think this is going to be the longest week yet. But also the most exciting.

OMG Mitch glad to know you are okay...well everyone from the other divisions except you and Jose pooped out on me...so no special shindig...sniff sniff, cry, cry...oh well on to plan B...so you all should be very afraid...Mitch are you all on my Meet and Greet list...

Since you are here Dianne I am callin you out...lol..what the heck is this about divisional T-shirts blah blah blah...that I read on another site...I don't think we know about that...or perhaps it is just me that knows nothing..lol

kylesmomkaren: So sorry he is sick...but be careful giving him meds on liberty. They are not supposed to do that....meds still need to come from RTC. Hopefully he is much better by the time you see him.

Doubtful, navygirl, if they are at A School. But can't say for sure that they can't fly then. They may, however have some liberty that weekend....but usually they have to stay within 50 miles of the base.

Mitch-did i hear my name mentioned. i've been monitoring from time to time. to much lovy dovy stuff for me. kinda makes me want to wear pink bloomers and put pansies in my hair while i run around and dance in circle. hey g man, my son's under the impression they won't get leave till after A school (mid april). don't know if he was told that or just assuming. i know the fleet always went in sorta stand down for dec. figured bases would too. kinda hard to run a school with only half staff. any body know for sure let me know. lynne i remembered that i volunteered to be at your service during meet and greet. as long as no singing involved we're good to go. i dont sing. rather run around in pink ...well you get the picture. did read a little earlier tonite about someone worrying about their sailor passing run. i think time requirements are same for everyone in BC. once in the fleet its based on age but geez 103 sittups and pushups...maybe he should pare that down so he has energy left for run. it'd take me forklift and a week to do that many situps. anyway rumors of my demise have been greatly exagerrated. alice's been on the hormone wagon, i steer clear as best i can. i think she's out wrestling the neighbors pit bull for his bone...OH GOD HERE SHE COMES!!! GOTTA GO

Don't worry about BS21, this is a team evolution and the strong one's help the sick ones and all pass:-) and normally no flying during Aschool even at Thanksgiving. But they can go to a friends house or adopt a sailor program. We have to wait till Xmas to get them home.
