Hi Moms of Division 361, we are in Great Lakes for my son's PIR on 10/29. My husband and I watched your division march by as we were waiting for him. They looked really good. Kept in formation and in step! They certainly had thier military barrings straight! Good luck as you make your trips to GL to see them graduate. It will be a memorable weekend!

Andysmom - I was reading back about your daughter. I'm so sorry - what a difficult thing for her to go through. I guess everything happens for a reason, and someday she will understand why things happened as they did. I hope all works out with her coming home and your family going up for your son's PIR. I pray they'll be able to coordinate that for you. Prayers to all the other recruits who are sick and/or going through Battlestations this week. May God bless them all. Can't wait to see my guy this coming weekend, even if all he wants to do is sleep. Sounds like they've all earned a good long nap!

kylesmomkaren--I know how you feel. I missed my son's first call and felt so bad and it turned out he was sick, too. I will be pulling for your son and all the others who are sick (which is probably just about everyone!). Since they stress teamwork, I'm sure they will help each other get through it.

I'm sorry to hear that Kylesmom. :( I'm sure everything will work out for him and his div. They have come so far and I'm sure they will push though.
