Yipee Yipee !! I heard from my new best friend Reuben today from the scheduling office !! They have received my sons itinerary !! Probably after they realized I had sent things 4 times and also 2 frantic notes, it was best to at least tell me they have it !! So relieved. I hope everyone else who has been waiting so nervously gets their news soon too !

No news today here, either. I am sure he will let us know what is happening when he is able to. Glad to hear some info from other moms. I am hopeful that my son is on the same track as some of the other recruits. Keep positive, keep praying for success!

Letter today but no news about BS's! He sounds great; but the details on BC are minimal. He did share that the RDCs are sharing some of their Sailor experiences with our Recruits and he really is enjoying hearing the stories.

Does anyone know when battle stations for ship 3 div 24 will be? I got a letter from my son today. He says he has a very sore throat. He said his throat feels like razor blades. He seems to be doing well on his tests in spite of being sick. Only one week to go!

Lol! I remember whenever I got a phone calls from my sailor while he was at boot camp... I was like all screaming and so excited all he do is just laugh at me.... then whenever I got a letter from him it feels like my room is gonna explode and my cats are all freaking out trying to get away from me as possible as they can... LOL i love that feeling!!! and he promise me that he will make sure even if he is out of the boot camp he will still make sure I'll get something from the mail!!!! such a nice sailor he is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
