future--about what time did you get the call last Sunday? Just curious, in case I may get one.....

Comment by TXlifeboat on December 25, 2010 at 11:02pm
Hey Mikki--- I see your son is in the same ship & div. as my son... I was really hoping to receive a phonecall from him today, considering it's Christmas--- but no...   We haven't received a letter yet either, except for that form letter with his 4 scribbled lines on the back;  we have sent him letters and also a Christmas card, but don't know if he has even received them yet or not...  Today was hard without him here, but I can see I'm not the only one feeling this emptiness... I'm praying for you, Mikki, to stay Hopeful... because Our day will come when we Will get that cherished letter, and that wonderful phone call--- and they will both feel Sooo wonderful, and give us some peace that our kids are Really OK!  Sleep tight tonight--- after all, I asked the Lord to watch over All of this division, and to send as many guardian angels as he could to this base.... I can Feel these Angels just hovering above them as they sleep in their Rack!!!    =)

Merry Christmas everyone. Yes, a letter yesterday and a very short call today...it was a good feeling and so welcoming to hear his voice.  it's good to know they are doing well when you do hear; those who have not, hang in there..your day is coming soon.  :)
